Reviewer Guideline
Articles submitted for evaluation for publication should not be in the evaluation process in another journal and should not have been published anywhere before.
The articles evaluated are subject to plagiarism control.
Applications that are approved by the editor are forwarded to two referees who are experts in their field. Evaluations are made by two blind referee systems. As a result of the evaluation, if the referee views conflict, the study is sent to the 3rd referee and the final decision is made by the editor according to the results.
Articles are defined by the referee as "acceptable", "acceptable after revisions", "re-evaluable after revisions", or "unpublished".
The corrections made by the referees on the article are forwarded to the author(s). Author information is not given to the referees, and referee information is not given to the author(s).
